Emerson Fisher

Hey Buffs! My name is Emerson Fisher and I’m running as a Representative as Large for CU Student Government! I am a political science and english lit double major and I’m passionate about activism regarding environmentalism and criminal justice. I would like to integrate my political passion and knowledge into campus improvements that better student resources! This would look like better formulated and distributed resources like voter registration aid, specific emergency contacts that aren’t the police, and sustainable and racially inclusive stores that are convenient enough to make even a college budget talk! My goal is to strengthen diversity and inclusion, and make activism accessible, easy and fun for all students at CU! Aside from my ideals and aspirations for students, I very well represent the Boulder energy and can well relate to the needs of our school. I spend my free time connecting with the beautiful people and places we have the opportunity to surround ourselves with and want to help turn those connections into a community standard for CU Boulder!
